southern, you make little sense. Even if the terms of the preferred were hammered out a while ago with respect to the conversion price (which would make it seem unfavorable now), the interest rate would have to have been locked in years ago to reflect such unfavorable terms as 14 percent. Interest rates have not changed substantially in the past year, and have gone UP since October. For example, if they arranged the financing anytime between August and February, when the treasury rate was below 5.5 percent, they would have received a better rate than is available today, and 14 percent today is a poor rate.

And how do you know when the agreement was made? And why would they make an agreement so far in advance without filing with the SEC so that they could effectuate the financing? And just how long ago do you think they did this? Except for a quick dip in March, CCSI's price has not been 5 or below since November.

Your theory that this is actually a decent financing package at the time it was arranged leaves a lot to be desired.
