It's probably true that most investors don't beat the market averages, whether they use technical analysis, fundamental analysis or a combination of the two. There are the exceptional ones -- using many different approaches -- that do. Perhaps you can offer some specific suggestions on what sort of fundamental analysis should be used to supplement technical analysis -- in Quotes Plus scans. A general criticism of an approach based solely on technical analysis, whether based on fact or opinion, isn't going to help anybody beat the averages. Brooke
