Hi Gary,
Comparing to charts of other major bottoms: If the 2300 level was the low, we have completed an apx. 33% retracement of the last 2 legs down. Now we will pull back 62% of this first up move or to the 2528 level apx.. Though this pullback may take some time; more a drifting down type of move from here.
