Dave, I think Matt's idea has considerable merit. It would produce income for CVIA. Once/if this awful ripoff "merger" with WOTD fails, CVIA will have do do a considerable amount of damage control - cleaning out the vermin that currently infest the shell, canceling the lastest Reg S (if at all possible) and soaking up some/much of the excess shares outstanding. An investment shell could generate much of the money required. Once the shell is stable and has regained the shareholder confidence and support it had before April 14, then it can be sold or whatever would produce the greatest returns to * US *.

Even if we attempted Matt's idea and failed, it would be an HONEST effort by the shareholders to produce value and protect our investment. Nothing dishonorable in that. Besides, you can't fall off the floor, and that's where we are right now...
