Just some optimistic guessing: 1) He's tired of working 2) He's rich since he just exercised a bunch of options 3) He's getting lots of grief about the stock price and poor communications with analysts/shareholders. And that just reminds him of item #1 in this list. Maybe someone with more of a clue than myself can give us some ideas. Mike
