Bought back in ACET- with DBD proceeds. Nice Compliment to LCI, even though one of the compliments to both is catching a falling knife. IMO still a good chance for the chemical unit to be sold. IMO also a fair chance the company wins a lawsuit. RE- they must use US ingredients in generics. This in order to sell to a Gov't entity. This Qtr. will not look pretty. However high risk to reward IMO.
