Which is why the sop to get Democrat support was such a stupid idea. When you have government employees, you have the worst of both worlds. There are some professions like Air Traffic Controller that have very high barriers to entry that keep out the worthless. Feeling up old ladies does not seem to warrant that level of professionalism.
