Cisco owned a substantial interest in Cascade before ASND merged with Cascade. If CSCO wanted all of Cascade, they would not have dumped their position. CSCO either fumbled Cascade or did not feel like they wanted them. I don't think CSCO would change their mind and want them 1 year later especially after they acquired Stratacom. Just my 2 cents. Perry
