Have always wondered, what does the 2000 after Gateway's name indicate?
-$2000 will be the average price of the PCs they sell
-Like year 2000 companies, will cease to exist beyond year 2000
-Will have 2000 employees by year 2000
-Will have a P/E of 2000 by year 2000
-Stock price denominated in Yen by year 2000
-Will not be affected by problems beyond 2000 miles from its mfg site
-Will get 2000 analysts to say positive things to move it up

I had some more guesses but will stop here, just a slow day ya know.
Now! now! GTW bulls go easy on me and my question ;-)
I am out of GTW even, my stop loss was hit yesterday; no new
position until clearer picture is seen.
