Unfortunately I've owned some other companies which had financial irregularities. Sigh. I'm guessing that the stock will open down significantly [20%, 30%, 50%??]. This could be an isolated case of incompetence or part of a larger fraudulent pattern. Let's hope it's the former in which case the stock will recover quickly. If the latter, it will be a long haul with even the survival of the company questionable. This also shows the value of diversification. One never knows what will happen on any particular stock. Michael
