If Roe is overturned tomorrow abortion wouldn't be outlawed, it would simply be kicked to the states. Anyway, I think this is a red herring.


It is a tremendous fundraiser for both parties. The Republicans have the Religious right giving money and beavering away on the basis that they will get Supreme Court Judges to overturn Wade. The Dems are working it with exactly the opposite crowd.
