Zengold, the following quote I assume there are no 1st nation issues, however .....
I chatted with a good friend on the weekend. He's high up in the Mohawk Grand Council ...folks are talking about miller marble and resource extraction from traditional mohawk lands ;)

However the Albany property has or may have shortly a need for a new agreement with the Constance Lake 1st nation residents. The use of "no acid" in the original agreement will now have to be altered, could be a testy situation.
