You are right. E*trade needs to fix their problems. IMO, their very real problems DO need to be discussed, and need to be discussed on a widespread basis. So why not discuss them here?

I take it from your post that you see yourself as some sort of self-appointed "thread policeman"? One who determines what is, and what is not, to be discussed here?
