Heinz, over on Bearforum, a poster by the name of Sir Isaac Newton posted some charts of median housing bid prices over time in various Silicon Valley communities. I tried to look for the post in the archives, but couldn't find it. This was back in August (when prices were still heading up), and he may not have done an update of the charts since then.
