LKO: You missed my point. It's clear that sunw DOES NOT have the position to do anything anti competitive. I said that if JAVAMAAN HAD somehow guided sunw to a MONOPOLY position, the kind of position that Gates has put msft in, that he would be FAR FAR worse and go for the JUGULAR every chance he could. At that point, he might even consider HOLDING sunw stock instead of regularly dispersing it to the investment community. But what's the point of HOLDING. There's plenty more where that came from.
