SFD, there isn't as much insider buying of the newer internet companies just in general vs. those you mention - cpq, coms etc. Its because the recently public companies compensate employees largely in stock anyway. There has been very little insider buying at Amazon and not much at egrp either. I don't think it means much. I'm not in nite buy I bought egrp a few days ago and am encouraged by the way they held today. This is very near the bottom. I was happy with the egrp report. The few stocks in the financials that keep declining at these levels (like sch) are doing so because they are losing mkt share to others in the sector, which is ok if you are holding the winners. LT
