Good point. I would add that I cannot help but wonder how much of that debt is going to fall into the non performing category with the market decline we have seen. In addition the article seems to draw the conclusion that as fast we have seen the economy decline we could just as quickly start improvement again. It must also be true that we could just as quickly turn for the worse.
