I can't get that video here but I assume it the fake laughter in the interview yesterday. It was totally inappropriate behavior for a Secretary of State. I cannot imagine a person of quality (e.g., Condi Rice) behaving so childishly about such a serious matter. It is pathetic and an embarrassment to the country. While I think Hillary is the best thing about the Obama administration, it is no surprise that in the CNN "Report Card" last night she didn't score any better than she did. We have children running this country -- not only in the WH but at Foggy Bottom.
