Yup, I'm still on board but am in third class (steerage). Looks like
I'm going down with the ship... (actually, the only shares I still have
are my daughter's; she sold 3/4 of her holdings at 26 pre-split so
no matter what she'll have made money in IOM. Just not as much as
if she would have sold at 50.)

I wonder if the earnings warning, which breaks a long tradition of pre-
earnings silence by KE, was a result of further lawsuit fears?
