Hi Paul I noticed that also..still haven't found a source to say what the ratio of bills,notes and bonds. The fear of dumping worked this summer but it seems now nobody cares..some are saying bonds will hit 5 percent yields.. Interesting that you are purchasing a diamond..this year in the penny stocks I think the diamond stocks will be the big play..Kaiser is pushing them and it looks like Debeers is smarter than the CBs.
