If ORCL gets through 19 1/8, look for the next resistance level near 21. Resistance after 21 is 23 to 23 1/2. Personally, I think the stock made a 52 week low yesterday at 17 3/4. I'm in at 21 1/4, 19 3/16, and 18 1/16. The stock looks very good from both at TA and FA point of view.
