Gary; Do you know every time AOL was sued the price went up ?
Nothing will run up the price faster than a share holder
law suit. <G> By the time it can get to court they just point
out, well if they hadn't sold they would be x amount richer
by now. You got to prove maleficentia to do any good with
the suit. If the SEC brings criminal charges against the insiders
that's another story. Chances are the Lawyer advertising for
class action people to call him up has his friends buying the
stock..he wins either way it goes. <g>
