I doubt there will be any TDFX lawsuits unless their earnings plummet like S3's did. S3 has blown it in a big way since their 2d 'glory days'. TDFX will make it. S3 may survive, but not as a growth company. IMO nVidia probably won't survive as an independant company, but may get bought for the technology.

BTW - Anyone know where that IPO for nVidia is suppose to take place?
They couldn't have timed it worse. It looks like the TNT bulls are getting a little worried also about the lack of real information on the nVidia chip.
