Well, another one of your decision-points just jumped ship... Paul Allen is out. Quit the BoD. Will still hang around in a "consulting" capacity, but he's effectively gone. And MSFT has traded intra-day below both the 52-week low and the 104-week low. So, what's your "investment" decision? I'd recommend moving on to something with a future, unencumbered by DoJ cases, EC cases, states' cases, Gates' ego and poor market reception of MSFT's latest products.
