I may have been too optimistic about management rating. But this smells like a buying opportunity to me. Of course, the guys who dumped in the last couple of days are going to make a killing. Someone asked "Who will buy here?" In short, me. If this stock dips below 13-14, which I think will happen, I'm going to be very tempted to buy the plunge. This isn't nearly as serious as the loss of 3Com business or other customer problems. Also, the PSR is going to look real attractive. This looks to be a one time event, and the company has a strong balance sheet, and probably has insurance if it was theft. Unfortunately, I think the market is going to think of that other Massachusetts ECM company (CTN) and the problems they had with falsified Inventory, AR, invoices etc. The former CEO Mr. Pinez is still being held in jail with no bail pending trial. But for bottom fishers, this could be 'manna from heaven'. Wow, I think I'd love to see 10, but don't think it will happen. Buy early in the day guys. I think the panic will subside soon. All this is just my opinion. Paul
