Thread: Shareholder lawsuit. All aboard! Anyone interested in participating in a class action lawsuit against the short selling shareholders/lenders that drove APTX out of business please PM me. I plan to contact Guzik next week to discuss prospects for recovering some of our losses. He needs someone to pay the fee and I can only stand to gain by pursuing it. It is my belief that shares were shorted by lenders in excess of their allowable holdings under the terms of their loan agreements through offshore firms acting in concert with them; and that these sales depressed the share price making it impossible for APTX to retain key employees and gain access to additional capital. I think there is a mansion in California that I am entitled to the west wing of... anybody else out there want a room? Comin' to get you loansharking assholes, and you know EXACTLY who you are! You have $80K of my money and I want it back!!!! Sure a few of you out there have the same issue. ttf (pissed and determined to get even)
