Linda, I don't remember the guys name but he sold 5,000 shares just above 2 so it was only a $10,000 trade. We discussed on this thread at that time and there was some speculation that it may have done it to exercise stock options. If you browse back the thread a couple of weeks I am sure you can find his name, it's not more than two weeks back. The history of insider selling on this stock does not worry me in the least. There has been very little selling with just two exceptions; Dr. Katz and Medical Biology Institute. Katz is understandable as he has so much, gets more via options and his sales have represented a minor fraction of his total holdings. Medical Biology as I recall is affiliated with Lidak and Lidak stock is their major asset and they use sales to fund operations.
