I did and was told that there will be a release after the A.G.M. about how MDIN has used some of the properties names that are the same to confuse the public.[TORRO , MERCEDES ]

She also told me that Dayton is not going to close down operations and that they won last week in court for the third time and they expect MDIN will appeal it .

The out come of it all is that MDIN has a contract with the land holder who was under court order not to enter into contracts until they got court approved to do so.

The dispute is now between MDIN and the land holder. MDIN has already paid the land holder and does not have the properties that Dayton has.

P.S.

She explained to me that on claims you can have a property with the name TORRO that is split up into several claims.
TORRO 1 TORRO 2 TORRO 3 and yes they both have TORRO claims but they are different and this is how MDIN is using this to confuse the public.

NOW WE ALL KNOW THAT THE MANAGEMENT OF MDIN WOULD NEVER DO SOME THING LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
