Great Customer Service at WINR's Site....read below. I sent them a request for help as I began to register and actually didn't need it as my bank card submittal process gave me an error the first time or two, then worked flawlessly. I then was sent an email with an approval number and then instructions to go to the winr.net site and then told to log in and select the site I wanted to gamble at. Looks good....nice clear instructions MY ACTUAL RESPONSE FROM WINR's CUSTOMER SERVICE: Subject: RE: Bank card submittal error...help! Date: Wed, 24 Mar 1999 06:56:56 +0100 From: "Charles Scott" <cscott@winr.net> To: "Dave Gore" <xxxx@home.com> Yeah! Glad you made it. I see your approval was just issued by your card company. We are at their mercy on waiting for them to verify directly all aspects of your account and monies. This is changing as our processing location will be moving to facilitate our needs for speed. Many good things will be happening in the month of April, so bear with the time and effort it can take because it is your safety on the internet we go to great lengths to insure.
