That is the old-fashioned definition. In modern jargon, it seems to mean anyone who isn't a partisan Republican supporter in all respects.

Of course, anyone who doesn't believe in conspiracies everywhere you look, the innate evil of all corporate and government structures and the stupidity of everyone not involved in running the conspiracies, seems to be a RWE in some quarters.

I sit in the muddled middle and watch the bizarre partisan parades go by.

PS Dope-fiend and hypocrite Rush Limbaugh's favorite NFL QB just took his team to their ninth straight win and a division championship. Add "sports moron" to Limbaugh's list of virtues.
