Good morning Peter.

Yorkton is still on the buy for ITE. My take on this action by Yorkton is these buys are for the folks trying to gain control. They have not left the scene yet.

So what can happen.

(1) Willie gets nervous and buys a piece of pooh. He pays himself a huge bonus and we all get screwed as the piece of pooh gets flushed down the toilet.

(2) Willie actualy finds and buys a great company and ITE takes a run . All the shareholders who bought under a buck walk away happy.

(3) Willie sits on his duff and continues to piddle the cash away. Paying himself whenever possible.

(4) The company gets taken over. Willie gets the boot. And the cash dissappears.

(5) The company gets taken over. People of action take the remaining cash and pick up a company with great growth and cash flow potential. Willie is bronzed and placed in a park as a pigeon perch. The stock price goes north until we all decide to sell or retire.

Considering the investments to date. I am starting to think the take over group would be worth the risk. Look what ITE got with its first 12 to 14 million. Perhaps the last 4.5 million is better spent by someone else besides Willie.

regards
