ITSY shareholders get a conversion rate of .2341 for PRGN stock. It is suppose to close sometime next quarter. Based on PRGN's price today ISTY shareholders would get $4.98. If this is the case we should be able to play a range probably between 4 and 5 5/16 for a couple of months. One thing is for sure, as PRGN goes so will ITSY. Anybody have any thoughts? Cary
