All those big block buyers today knew about the effects potential ratings downgrades would have on the prices. That there would be ratings downgrades was known to every one today. I am not saying that the price will not drop. I know that there are no "experts" who can consistently predict future price in the market; as per published research. But, there are many who use "astrology" or other "esoteric" powers to "predict" prices. The problem is that you see only the successful ones operating in the market or BBs. Why? The ones who fail in their predictions disappear.
