When you have pundits like Beck and Hannity saying outrageous things on national tv, its not hard to believe that the average joe would say even more outrageous things. Look at Palin and her chatter about death panels.....in the right's effort to scare, they have gone off the edge. For the person on the outside looking in, its hard to discern what's real and what isn't.
