You made the claim Farah went there because our system is so bad and basically said Obama care would fix the issue. Go answer the question yourself. Obviously Americans can only afford in most cases to go either to Canada or Mexico and we already know Californian illegals and legals go to Mexico for dental work - but not much else - not really health care.
