Well, that's why there's so many "generic" brand computer products out there and selling.
Simple observation, was at Fry's, CompUSA, and Best Buy recently. Saw only Parallel port SparQ at Fry's and CompUSA, and only between 1-3 at any time (didn't notice any at BestBuy) whereas there were tons of Syjet, Jaz, Zip at all three locations. I mean Fry's must have had over 400 Syjet, Jaz, Zip, and EZFlyers there with just a couple SparQ. So either there is no internal version or they are gone right away. Noticed this looking for a tape backup, though for the cost of a SCSI tape ~$400 that could buy SparQ with 7GB. |
