Sanford Flew to Hair Cut, Kids' Games on State Dime

Not surprisingly, Sanford is keeping his job because of R politics in SC. If he were impeached, his Lt. Governor would take over.....that would give him the edge in running for governor next year. However, many Rs don't like the Lt. Governor.......he's in his thirties and not married....as we all know, SC is a family values state....and people who are not married have to be gay. And to add to the intrigue the guy got busted last year for going over 100 mph on a road with a 50 mph speed limit. So they are not too excited about him becoming governor.

So Sanford, who ranks right up there with Palin as the most train wreck of a governor, gets to keep his job. And given his edge, Sanford is taking full advantage of it. So much for the Rs operating on a level of integrity.
