Things are looking funny already at the early stages of my investigation. I spoke with the CEO of IBP, she stated that the disclosure on this thread header is not hers !! She read her disclosure to me and it was word for word the same as on this dec 16th PR with the exception that it includes the fact that she was paid $50,000 for the preparation of the reports and that it should be included on the release. As you will note it only says << IBP has received compensation for the preparation of its report. >> on the PR quoted on this page header. She also gave me a number to talk toCarol Prior, I checked twice to make sure I had the right number but when dialing it it did not work. The number was 408-596-6192.

I was trying to find out the basis for the outrageous predicted revenues and they are apparantly to the best info I can find, pulled out of the sky with no basis of fact. There seems to be a pumping up of the stock price, which usually leads to a dumping of stock. I will continue to dig but I must admit that the PR firm was not very forthcoming with info and would not send me a copy of the business plan. Guess Bear will have to send his research operatives into full swing tonight. I guess they have to do a little toilet swimming, because this seems to be quite a turd
