Brian - PWAV The sector just got upgraded. I dont like the chart much for shorting. PWAV has been more of a slow creeper than a spike and dump. There is some resistance here and possible double top, but I see more of a cup forming here. I expect small pullback (a handle) followed by a breakout above current level. JMHO Best Wishes Michail
