The IOM lawsuits are perhaps the most frivelous I've ever seen.

When, as an investor, you buy a bloated helium issue expecting to make a million dollars overnight you need to be fully aware that those stocks can and often do tumble. Back when I was watching IOM soar management and everyone else with a brain realized that the stock had way outrun its fundamentals.

IMHO it shows tremendous lack of character to sue a company based on an investment loss. Ranks up there with people who get whiplash in 2 MPH collisions and try to sue the other driver for a million dollars. These people should sue themselves for being stupid enough to buy IOM in the first place at $30+ per shr.
