I have been reading about this RMBS and MU. First I have no position as I am just to big of a weeny to hold RMBS.

With that said....this thing is amazing. I am going to follow this word for word for how ever long it takes as I think it is the most interesting read on the internet right now. Kinda like David verses Golia(probably spelled that wrong).

So far I think it is a winner take all.
If RMBS loses then they are in some serious trouble. If MU loses my gawd RMBS has already said they will not license DRAM to anyone that sues. In my opinion this is one stupid play by MU to take a risk like this. Right or wrong business is business. I cannot believe the management at MU is taking this big of a risk on an "anti trust" suit which we all know is one of the hardest cases to prove.
If I were RMBS I would take the offense and tell MU to go to hell. Screw them if they want to negotiate.

Wish you luck buddy if I had the money to lose I would buy some RMBS and park it just so I could be in on one of the greatest battles to come along in a long time.
