Bind..... Well, I agree Singapore Telecom is not AT&T but it is the largest carrier in the region (does nearly $5B annually and is growing at a double digit pace). As for it not being a big deal... again I can't disagree however it is a win..and a win is a win. Added to Sprint and USWest and I'd say that CSCO and ASND are running neck and neck for the last 4-6 months in the core. Again, just an observation. Gary
