TMM Announces Final Order
CAMARILLO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 18, 1998--Total Multimedia Inc.(TMM)(OTC
BB:TMMI - news) Thursday announced that it has received a final order closing the company's
successful Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings.
Wednesday's final decree means that the company has paid or settled all claims from its 1994
bankruptcy proceedings and has complied with the court-approved reorganization plan.
Company President Mike Fernandez stated: ''The action by the Bankruptcy Court granting TMM a
final order is the end of a long process for our company and a first step in our reorganization. We look
