sponsorship and personal endorsement agreement with Pascal Picotte. Pascal is the lead rider for the Harley Davidson racing team that competes in the AMA U.S.
Superbike Championship Series. Working in the first year of a new four-year contract with the team Pascal is recognized as one of the sports most calculated and
capable competitors.

The sponsorship agreement will have Pascal acting as a spokesperson for eSportbike.com. Some of his contributions under the agreement will include advertising
and marketing tie ins, photo and poster shoots, autograph sessions at racing events and shows, along with spending time with eSportbike.com members in real time
chats online.

Some of Pascal Picotte's career highlights include:

* In 2000, became the first road racer in AMA history to sign a
long-term contract with Harley Davidson.
* In the 1998-99 season Pascal became the Official Harley Davidson
Factory development rider, with podium finishes at Sears Point
AMA Superbike National and second place at Pikes Peak after
leading the race for several laps.
* In 1996 - 97 Pascal was the official American Suzuki Factory
rider, with 9 wins and 3 pole positions in two years with Suzuki.
* In 1993-94, Pascal was the winner at Laguna Seca and Elkhart
rounds of the AMA Superbike race.
