DelDOT is mainly funded from proceeds from cars crossing the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Anyone from the northeast knows that unless you want to head south by taking a detour to Philly, you are forced to cross over that bridge-- to the tune of $270K a day in revenue. Choke on that!
