Hardrocker.. I carry Lv2 + real time, When the stock hit .14 cents, it was a MM picking up a stop loss which was placed by someone..Some MM bent down picked up the stop loss sale and sold it to a buyer for .17 cents.. Any time you place a stop loss at 1000 or more shares, this can happen.. Candy to a MM..

I saw the whole thing take place.. You can say a MM screwed another AGTI investor trying to secure his investment.. This is a common MM play..
