Tom: You are correct regarding the absurdity of IBM gobbling up NOVL as a sacrifice to Microsoft (post 5034). I was overestimating IBM again. How about the same scenario, only this time figure IBM is sincere, no subterfuge. Based on IBM's history, the result would largely be the same, wouldn't it? Regards, AJ
