Using SEXI or SOE as a symbol is fine, don't use SEI because that's the symbol of another company. - Not refering to you Keith. Which press releases are bogus? I'm guessing the $40 million in revenue and the previous statements regarding big contracts with the government etc... I think the other minor annoucements are fine, just based on the lack of importance. I think everyone agrees that suing the company is a bad idea and suing certain individuals is a GREAT IDEA, that is my ONLY intent! And finally for anyone that believe SEXI/SOE will not trade again...how did you come to that conclusion? Tell me how IDID and WORK as well as every other company I KNOW of trade after many fraudulent events VERY similiar to what we are GUESSING at here? Sorry, I give it a 1% chance of never trading again. P.S. Don't tell you know who, but I'm going to let my friends use my large potential capital loss to offset any gains they might have by putting assets in my account (close friends only). In the future, if you want to limit your exposure to losses and the limit of $3000 carry forward - you can split your RISKY money into different accounts under other individuals you trust and write off $3000 x (number of accounts).
