When the historians finally reach a rough consensus on Iraq, in a generation or so, I am guessing that one thing they will agree on is that relying on Chalabi's assurances that the Iraqi people themselves would rise up to help us overthrow Saddam was ill-advised.

Another prediction: there will be no credible evidence that Saddam had anything to do with 9/11, and not much contact with Al Qaeda, period.
