A lot of people would have opposed Medicare had they seen what it would become.

Reagan had a foresight that few others had. He understood that Medicare would eventually kill our healthcare and unfortunately, he has been proven right.

You know.......I don't say this lightly but you're really off track. In fact, you are making less sense by the day. You need to let go of your ideological, illogical wish list and accept that this is a new century.
